This past Wednesday, the folks at West Brooklyn went on a staff retreat to Ramapo for Children in Rhinebeck, NY. It was a truly amazing experience. Ramapo has many activities that focus on internal reflection and growth. I was very surprised at how effective these activities were (not to mention that they were all lots of fun)!
