Rony and Brenda's Wedding

A while back, I attended my good friend Rony's wedding as a guest. I brought my camera along and caught a few great moments.

Sal and Ashely's Wedding

This was the first wedding that I have been a guest at since I learned to do photography. It was an interesting exercise in not getting in the way of the paid photographers while still trying to capture some choice moments.

Nasriah and Steve's Wedding

It was such an amazing experience to have my first travel wedding for two of my closest friends. It was a wonderful marathon of a day being their photographer, their chauffeur, and their guest all at once. I loved my first experience of California and was so happy to spend it with close friends. Check out the photos here.

Jill and Sam's Wedding

They say that rain on your wedding day is good luck. I bet people aren't so grateful for the rain when the wedding is outside. Jill and Sam made it work and had fun doing it. Taking photos under a small pavilion while the rain is falling on my back was a new experience for me. I think that we made due though. Check out the photos here.

Lili and Tom Wedding Celebration

I love this story. Lili was the founding principal at the high school I work at. She was very instrumental in getting my feet under me early in my career. After my second year at the school, Lili was leaving to pursue a path that would allow her to make a bigger impact on the world. At her going away party, I was casually taking pictures for fun and captured a few that she treasured. One happened to be of her and her eventual husband, Tom. Well, when time came for them to plan a wedding, they contacted me about shooting and I was thrilled to do it. In the process of planning the wedding, many changes were taking place and causing added stress to their lives. So on a trip into the Berkshires, they made a spur of the moment decision and had an impromptu wedding right there. No caterers, no band, no decorations, not even friends or family; it was just the two of them and their officiant. Very romantic indeed. So instead of a wedding ceremony, we photographed their wedding celebration with friends and family. For the full gallery, click here.

Elaina and Erik Wedding

A couple of years ago, I took some photographs of a relative of mine and her fiance. After much anticipation, Elaina and Erik have finally gotten married. In an midday outdoor ceremony on one of the hottest days of the summer, there was nothing but love and joy in the air. Despite the heat, it was the most wonderful ceremony I had ever attended.
